· All orders · Once your credit card has been charged and your order payment is cleared it will be packed and ready to send.
· Should your credit card be declined a member of our sales team will contact you, to confirm your card details or to provide another payment method.
All postage will normally be sent within one working day of you placing your order. unless parts are on back order .
· Where specialist items are requested this will normally be shipped within 3-4 weeks (airmail), (surface mail) from the UK is now taking up to 16/20 weeks to arrive, If your item(s) is likely to be longer then we will contact you.
· Special delivery items need to be ordered on there own to save any part of your order being put on backorder, while specialized part(s) arrive.
· Spares shipments are only dispatched between Mondays and Fridays.
· Saturday deliveries are left to shipment of scooters only, unless ordering spares with scooter.
· Urgent items can be sent out to you, so that you get them by the next day, but this is expensive and such orders must be received by 1pm new Zealand time, no next day, orders after 1pm Friday wait until following Monday.

· International shipments
we will send all parcels up to 2 kg by Airmail for (small packets), over 2 kg – 30 kg parcels will be sent track & trace . Large orders over 20 kg will be sent via sea freight (eg scooters / engines). FREE POSTAGE FOR OVERSEA`S WILL BE SENT CHEAPEST AIRMAIL RATE & WILL TAKE FEW DAYS MORE TO ARRIVE , IF YOU WISH TO GET YOUR PARTS QUICKER THIS WILL COST YOU MORE , PLEASE MAKE A ENQUIRY FOR FAST POSTAGE AND SIGNED FOR FREIGHT.
Yesterdays scooters limited are not responsible for any port / customs / M A F / government / local government / on going freight charges.
Postal costs may change from month by month due to increasing fuel costs.
· We can ship your order by Airmail up to 20kg but will costs extra and must be requested at the time of order.
· Returns policy
· Yesterdays scooters limited would like to think that we are able to send you the best scooter spares available to us, but due to the human factor, mistakes do get made from now and then. Should you have a problem with an item we have sent you, please contact us and we will do our best to sort your problem out.
· Should you return parts you do so on the following instructions:-1. Your item(s) should be returned to us within 30 days of the day your order posted. 2. We do not refund your postal costs of sending any item back to us unless it is faulty. 3. Any form of shipping / postal charges are not refundable. 4. Returned non-faulty items are subject to a 15% handling charge, this is to cover administration and restocking costs. · Please follow the instructions below, or your returned items may be sent back to you at extra cost:
1. Please carefully pack your returned item(s) in a box or padded envelope, large enough to accommodate all the items. Please DO NOT return your items in an envelope. 2. Please include your original invoice (or a copy) in the box and seal it tightly. 3. Send your returns to: Returns department
